We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. During busy periods, promotions, product launches, holidays or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

We offer free Store Pickup from our salon:

Orders are usually ready for collection within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.

Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your order.

Orders not collected within 30 days may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.

Delivery Area

We currently ship within the Republic of Ireland only.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Free Delivery

We offer FREE delivery on all orders over €100 within the Republic of Ireland.

For orders below €100, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier services and circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details when placing an order.

M.E! The Beauty Concept is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us by email within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence where applicable.

Failure to report damage, defects, or order discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery may affect our ability to investigate the issue with the courier and process a claim.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, M.E! The Beauty Concept cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
