Refund policy


1. Right to Cancel

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, retail consumers (excluding trade/B2B purchases) have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In their original, undamaged packaging
  • In a fully resalable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

Due to hygiene and public health regulations, we cannot accept returns of any opened, used or unsealed cosmetic products, liquids, tools or beauty equipment — unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.


1.2 Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days
  • The refund will be issued using the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty

Please note:

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet the return conditions
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

1.3 Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item:

  • You must contact us via email within 48 hours of delivery
  • Please include a clear description of the issue and photographic evidence

All issues, claims and irregularities must be reported via email to: info@methebeautyconcept.com

If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund (including return shipping costs)

For issues reported after the product has been used, the item may need to be returned for inspection before a resolution is provided.

Return shipping costs are covered by us only if the product is confirmed to be faulty.
